With recruitment in mind, this adult education center wanted to give itself a youth injection and change the perception according to which its student turnover rate was related to poor organization.
Solutions
Fantastic portraits bring student life to the fore and inspire both current and future attendees. The site is dressed in yellows and greens, to echo a theme that the center holds dear: hope. We also focused on personnel stability, comprised of veteran teachers, boasting a real team spirit fed on experience. Also, since 50% of students are parents, the Bonheur d’occasion daycare center is featured prominently on the site.
Results
On the homepage, the enrollment icon clearly states the center’s selling points, which are built around its flexibility to adapt to the diversity and specials needs of all of its students. While the high turnover rate used to have a bad rep, it now shows just how flexible the ongoing enrollment process really is. Perceptions are never really set in stone.
